This Policy Page details our company policies and procedures at Lanes Car Care. These policies are subject to change and therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they periodically review our policies for any changes that may affect them. 

Membership Details

Lanes Car Care offers monthly memberships that include unlimited washes. The type of membership you purchase is the only form of wash you may receive when you visit us, unless you want to pay a one-time fee for a more premium wash. At our car wash, members receive first priority while all other customer’s cars will be washed on a first-come first-serve basis. 

Membership Pricing 

Although we strive to maintain our services and pricing, there are times we need to increase our prices to meet rising costs. Customers who have an existing membership with us will be locked into the price at the time of contract signing, only for the car that is initially signed up. Members who allow the status of their membership to reach an inactive status by failing to make an on-time payment are subject to price increases upon reactivation of their membership. 

Similarly, members who wish to add additional cars to their membership or who cancel and wish to later reactivate their membership are subject to price increases determined by the monthly membership fee at that time. Membership pricing is non-transferable. 

Monthly Payments

When you sign up for a monthly membership, you authorize our business to automatically charge the credit card on file for the amount determined in your signed contract. Membership charges will occur the first of the month. If your payment does not go through, our system will automatically recharge your card every day for the next 28 days. At the end of the 28 days, if our system was unable to collect payment then your membership will go into an Inactive status. 

Customers may reactivate their membership by emailing us at info@lanescarcare.com. Please note, upon reactivation, your membership may be subject to price increases. 

Cancellations 

Customers who wish to cancel their membership must do so by the 23rd of the month. Failure to request cancellation before the 23rd will result in an automatic recharge for next month’s membership. 

Customers requesting a cancellation of their membership must come into our location and sign the Termination Form. You may obtain this form from the cashier or manager on duty. Cancellations made within the same month of signing up are subject to additional fees. 

License Plate or Car Changes

When a customer signs up for a membership, that membership is attached to the car they initially registered and can not be transferred to another car. If you change your car or license plate, your membership may be subject to additional fees or a price increase. The only time a license plate change is acceptable is when transferring to/from a temporary license plate. 

Additional Car Wash Policies 

There are no customers allowed in the service areas. Please do not retrieve your car until it has been removed from the service areas and is ready for pickup. 

Occasionally, inclement weather or equipment failure may affect the availability of services. 

New Truck Policy

Beginning November 2022, Lanes Car Care will no longer be washing any trucks that do not have a covered truck bed. Truck beds collect a lot of dirt and debris that get inside the tunnel and can ruin our equipment and other customers’ wash quality. If you wish to maintain your membership at Lanes Car Care, please cover your truck bed. Otherwise, we invite you to visit our other location, Club Corners, in Crabapple. 

Wash Quality 

At Lanes Car Care, we strive to provide an exceptional clean for all of our customer’s cars. We have three separate areas at our car wash that have different focus areas. Our tunnel provides a consistent two and a half minute exterior car wash with a clean that is determined by the type of package you purchase. Customers who purchase our higher-priced packages will experience a deeper clean based on tunnel configuration. 

Once the car leaves the tunnel, it will enter our hand drying and tire shine area. Drying time is dependent on how many cars are currently in the queue. 

Finally, the car will go to our interior cleaning area. Although we strive to provide a consistently high-level clean, occasionally our employees will miss a spot. Upon retrieval of your car, if you are not completely satisfied with your wash, please notify one of our employees. We will work to remedy the situation as fast as possible to ensure you leave our car wash satisfied with the quality of your wash.
